CBRE Promotes Eve Bursic to Pittsburgh Property Management Market Leader

CBRE announced that Eve Bursic has been promoted to property management market leader for Pittsburgh.

In this role, Bursic will be responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the firm’s local property management business, overseeing 75 professionals and managing 13.4 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties representing over 30 clients.

“Eve’s strong knowledge of Pittsburgh, combined with her strategic mindset and dedication to our people and clients, makes her the ideal leader to take our Property Management business to the next level,” said Tom Lloyd, executive managing director, Americas Northeast division leader, property management.

Bursic brings more than 30 years of property management experience to her role, including over 19 years with CBRE. Most recently, she served as senior director, managing a range of high-profile Pittsburgh properties. Bursic succeeds Joe Petak, who recently retired after a career spanning more than 44 years in the commercial real estate industry, including 16 years with CBRE in Pittsburgh.
