Transwestern Attracts Walker & Dunlop Debt & Equity Team

Houston-based Transwestern has added a team of eight specialists to its national debt & equity placement team. Co-led by Executive Managing Directors Tom Melody and Tom Fish, the group brings a track record of originating and managing complex capital solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare and alternative property types.

Joining from Walker & Dunlop, the group maintains a broad range of experience spanning acquisitions, refinancings and development. In addition to Melody and Fish, Transwestern has brought on Executive Managing Director Paul House; Senior Vice Presidents John Melody, Wes Wallace and Drew Van Norman; Vice President Hallie Caspary; Associate Ben Enos; and Administrative Assistant Tara Soyal.
