Regional Logistics Firm Signs Lease with Davis in Taunton

The Davis Companies secured a new lease with Downeast Global Logistics LLC , a New England regional extension of SEKO Logistics’ global supply chain network, at 530 John Hancock Rd. within the 1,000-acre Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, MA. Downeast will occupy 107,055 square feet beginning in August 2026 and will leverage the space to expand its distribution operations.

Davis acquired the 181,980-square-foot industrial facility in 2020, when it was fully leased to an international logistics and distribution company. Late last year, Davis launched a leasing initiative to attract new tenants, with a CBRE team led by Robert Byrne.

“This long-term lease agreement with Downeast reflects the continued strength of the industrial market and Davis’ collaborative approach to matching the most innovative tenants with the ideal spaces they need to scale,” said David Allen, managing director asset management at Davis and lead for the firm’s industrial and self-storage vertical.
