Pactra Signs Nearly 700K-SF Adairsville Lease

Welcome Group announced the execution of a full-building lease with Pactra USA, Inc. at International Commerce Center, a 691,667-square-foot Class A industrial and logistics facility located at 7634 Highway 140 in Adairsville, Georgia. Pactra Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of custom magnetic products, including motors, transformers and inductors.

The lease brings the property to 100% occupancy. International Commerce Center is located less than 1 mile from Interstate 75 at Exit 306, providing immediate access to Highway 140, the Appalachian Regional Port, and the greater Atlanta logistics network. The building is located approximately 59 miles from both Atlanta and Chattanooga.

Designed to accommodate large-scale distribution, logistics, and manufacturing users, the facility features modern industrial specifications.
