Preschool Lease Brings Davis Companies’ 1975 Madison to Completion

The Davis Companies, in partnership with Eloise-Capital, has signed Little Legacy Village Preschool to occupy the ground-floor retail space at 1975 Madison, an eight-story luxury residential building in Central Harlem. The lease represents the final component of the project’s completion, with the preschool slated to open later this year.

Little Legacy Village Preschool is an early childhood education center for children aged two to four. The 1975 Madison location will be its second in Harlem, complementing its existing facility at 275 W. 146th St.

“1975 Madison is the result of true collaboration with our design, construction and leasing partners, culminating in the delivery of new top-quality, community-centric living options in central Harlem,” said Stephen Skolas, Managing Director and Head of Residential Development at Davis and a lead for the firm’s Multifamily Vertical. “Welcoming Little Legacy Village Preschool to the ground floor is especially meaningful, as it brings a family-focused, community-serving use into the building and enhances the everyday living experience for residents and neighbors alike.”
