Norris & Stevens Brokers Office Lease Renewal, Expansion in Vancouver
Sunsteel LLC recently completed the $1,616,779 lease renewal and expansion of Suite 147 at Stonemill Business Park – Building A, located at 312 SE Stonemill Dr in Vancouver, Washington.
As a national steel fabricator and structural engineering firm, SunSteel LLC has renewed and expanded its corporate headquarters at Stonemill Business Park. The company now occupies approximately 12,742 square feet on the second floor to support its ongoing growth.
Constructed in 1986, Stonemill Business Park consists of two buildings totaling approximately 65,858 square feet in Vancouver’s Firecrest neighborhood. The property offers quick access to both Mill Plain Boulevard and I-205, with nearby amenities such as In-N-Out Burger, Chuck’s Fresh Market, Walgreens, and Black Rock Coffee.
