CenterSquare Picks Up Three SW Retail Centers

CenterSquare has added to its Essential Service Retail (ESR) Portfolio. The retail investor picked up three retail centers in the Southwest and one in North Carolina.

The southwestern acquisitions include Deer Valley Shops in Phoenix, Arizona; Lake Mead Gateway Plaza in Henderson (shown), Nevada; and The Shops at Foothills Mall in Fort Collins, Colorado, the largest at over 100,000 square feet. The retail centers are positioned in high-traffic areas and are leased to a variety of local and national tenants. The three southwestern properties average over 90% occupied.

The latest announcement means that CenterSquare now has seven properties in Phoenix, six in Las Vegas and four in Colorado.

This acquisition brings CenterSquare’s ESR portfolio to 80 properties nationwide, further reinforcing the firm’s conviction in resilient, service-oriented retail.
