Work Begins on 94-Unit Scottsdale Luxury BTR Community

Avala, a luxury rental home community by MODUS Companies, has broken ground. 

The 94-residence development, located at the northwest corner of 64th and Oak streets, is the first single-family rental community in Scottsdale to earn the Net Zero Energy Ready designation. This offers residents the potential to reduce energy costs by 50% to 70% compared to traditionally built homes. One- and two-bedroom units are expected to rent for an average of $3,000.

Residents can utilize an amenity center featuring a fitness center, Pilates studio, pool and spa, private workspaces, and a second-story lounge with views of Camelback Mountain and Papago

As part of the broader vision for the development, HQ will provide residents with access to shared office space, private offices, conference rooms, podcast studios and Zoom rooms, extending the functionality of each home into a fully integrated live-work environment.

Completion anticipated in fall 2027
