The Roxborough Group Sells Corporate Campus Building in Kirkland for $32M

The Roxborough Group, a San Francisco-based real estate private equity firm, completed the sale of Building A-1at its Kirkland 405 Corporate Center campus to King County, Washington, for $32.6 million.

Building A-1 is a 66,483-square-foot former office property under a long-term, full-building lease with Connections Health Solutions, a King County mental health crisis center that provides behavioral health services. The Roxborough Group acquired two buildings with a combined 132,400 square feet at the K405 Corporate Center in Kirkland’s Totem Lake neighborhood in February 2019 for $35.7 million.

Connections Health Solutions raised $20 million in county and state grants to transform the building from a corporate office into a health care center in 2024. Following the sale of Building A-1, Roxborough retains ownership of the 65,917-square-foot Building A-2 on the campus, which is 92% occupied by technology and professional services tenants.
