Regence BlueCross BlueShield Signs 90K-SF Office Lease in Vancouver

Regence BlueCross BlueShield has signed a lease for 90,000 square feet at Terminal 1 in Vancouver.

Portland-based Regence, which is part of Cambia Health Solutions, has been in downtown Vancouver since January 2024, reported the Portland Business Journal.

Cambia will remain in its longtime headquarters in downtown Portland, at 200 S.W. Market Street, where it recently expanded its lease from 60,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet. Cambia employs about 1,400 people in the Portland metro.

Terminal 1 is Lincoln Property Company’s mixed-use waterfront development overlooking downtown Vancouver and the Columbia River. Building amenities include multiple outdoor deck spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a secure parking garage and an 80-plus seat conference center. ZoomInfo had originally signed a lease for the entire building in 2021, but announced plans two years ago to sublease approximately 178,000 square feet. ZoomInfo currently leases 166,000 square feet in the building.
