Verdantas Consolidates Three NJ Offices with Bridgewater Lease

Avison Young represented Verdantas, an integrated environmental science, engineering and consulting firm, in a 10,500-square-foot lease at 1044 Rte. 22 in Bridgewater, NJ. The lease covers a partial first-floor space at the Class A office property.

Verdantas was represented by Sean Cahill and Judd McArthur of Avison Young’s Connecticut office. Landlord Signature Acquisitions was represented by Dan Reider, senior managing director at Newmark.

The Bridgewater lease joins 10 others that Avison Young has arranged for Verdantas nationwide since last August. The space supports the firm’s relocation and consolidation of three New Jersey-area offices in Somerville, Bedminster and Warren into a single, centrally located workplace.

“Verdantas was able to take advantage of favorable suburban office market conditions to upgrade from multiple smaller, legacy locations into a centrally located Class A office environment,” said Cahill. “The new space aligns with both the company’s current needs and its long-term workplace standards, while also providing improved accessibility for employees and clients.”
