DAUM Arranges Industrial Outdoor Storage Lease in Rialto

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, completed a lease agreement for an approximately 5.18-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site in the Inland Empire city of Rialto on behalf of a national construction and civil engineering company that provides safety equipment to businesses around the world. The property, which provides roughly 225,640 square feet of IOS space zoned for general manufacturing, is owned by Stockbridge Capital Group.

DAUM EVP and principal Gus Andros and Jerry Gillman of Sojka-Nikkel Commercial Realty represented the tenant. Juan Gutierrez, Shy Assar, Ian Ozimec and Braden Sprenger of Voit Real Estate Services represented ownership.

“We drew upon our deep market relationships to secure a location that strongly supports our client’s operations in the Inland Empire,” says Andros. “Industrial outdoor storage remains one of the most sought-after asset types in the region, and our experience and network enabled us to identify the right site and execute a smooth transaction.”
