Grand Opening Held for New 201-Unit Luxury MF Community in Virginia
Emerson Companies and independent developer Philip Roper announced the grand opening of The River Apartments, a new 201-unit luxury apartment community located in Chester, Virginia.
The River features a full suite of lifestyle amenities, including a pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, grilling stations, landscaped courtyards with fire pits, and a resident lounge and conference space for remote work. “With continued job growth in Chesterfield County and major investment occurring throughout the Meadowville corridor, there is a tremendous need for quality housing options,” said Philip Roper.
The River offers convenient access to major employers and economic hubs, including LEGO Manufacturing Virginia, Amazon Fulfillment Services and HCA Virginia Health System. The project team included 2PA as the architect, Highmark Engineering as the civil engineer, KBS as the general contractor, Focus Design as the interior designer, and Cite Design as the landscape architect.
Burke & Herbert Bank provided construction financing. Property management services for The River Apartments will be provided by Capital Square Living.
