Denver-Area Warehouses Trade for $64.7M

The Verve Commerce Center, at 11715 W. 112th Ave., near Broomfield, was purchased by an Ares Management Corp. affiliate for $64.7 million. The Denver Business Journal reports that the seller was SunCap Property Group, which developed the property in collaboration with Nuveen Real Estate.

The two-building industrial complex near the Interlocken Business Park in Broomfield has 284,000 square feet of space. The buildings, located at the northwest corner of West 112th Avenue and Simms Street, were completed in 2024. Both buildings are fully leased. Among the tenants is The Feed, a sports nutrition e-commerce platform, which has leased 75,292 square feet of warehouse space.

The Verve Commerce Center buildings were designed for warehouse, manufacturing, distribution and research and development. They include 28-foot clear heights and 46 dock-high doors per building.

Ares Management Corp. has $644 billion of assets under its management, according to its website.
