  • Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) brokered the sale of a 49-room Best Western Plus hotel property in Clarendon, Texas. Gordon Allred and Chris Gomes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire and Dallas offices, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Clarendon Hotel Corporation, and procured the buyer, RP & Sons, Jay and Prince Patel. The transaction received additional support from Allan Miller of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team. 
  • Disney Investment Group facilitated the recapitalization of Custer Park in Plano, Texas. Custer Park is a 117,594-square-foot shopping center, shadow-anchored by Kroger. Located at the southwest corner of Custer Rd. and Parker Rd., Custer Park is home to thirty-five (35) existing tenants including Athletico, Subway, H&R Block, First Watch and many others. Dallas-based Kobalt Investment Company has partnered with MCP Ventures to complete a full renovation of the shopping center. David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG arranged the transaction.
  • Housing Trust Group, along with AM Affordable Housing, held a grand opening ceremony to mark the completion of Inn Town Lofts, the adaptive reuse of one of the city’s historic landmarks – the long vacant Jim Kimmel Center – into a 56-unit affordable housing community in the heart of downtown Lubbock. 
  • Stream Realty Partners broke ground on Northfield Logistics Center, a Class A industrial development located at 4330 Northfield Lane in Houston’s infill Northwest submarket. Northfield Logistics Center will deliver more than 300,000 square feet of Class A distribution space. Rosenberger Construction serves as the general contractor, and Seeberger Architecture is the project architect.
