CBRE Arranges Sale of 120-Unit Apartment Complex in Wisconsin

CBRE has arranged the sale of Trail’s Edge Apartments, a 120-unit multifamily property in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management LLC acquired the property for an undisclosed price from an ownership group that included an entity related to American Construction Services, the property’s original developer.

CBRE’s Sean Beuche, Matson Holbrook and Gretchen Richards represented the seller in the transaction. Trail’s Edge Apartments is located at 250 S. Forest Ave., offering convenient access to several nearby restaurants, dog parks and walking trails along the Milwaukee River.

Built in 2022, the property features a range of one and two-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 785 to 1,465 square feet. Community and unit amenities include a fitness center, quartz countertops, a gazebo and picnic area, a community room, keyless building access, a pet-washing station, and an interior car wash bay.
