TXSE Signs Lease at Bank of America Tower
The Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) has signed a lease for its headquarters at the Bank of America Tower at Parkside in Uptown Dallas, aiming to launch trading in 2026. This 30-story tower, located at 1919 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, is under construction and set to be the tallest in Uptown upon completion in 2027. Bank of America is the anchor tenant, occupying approximately 238,000 square feet.
With around 100 employees, TXSE will occupy various spaces in the building, including the ground floor and a sky lobby on the 12th floor, which boasts four terraces, a coffee and cocktail bar, a conference center, chat rooms, and an executive boardroom.
D Magazine reports that the TXSE has raised more than $270 million in funding from BlackRock, Citadel Securities, Charles Schwab, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs. Last fall, it received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to start operations. The TXSE hopes to compete with the NYSE.
The TXSE is seeking approval for a 10-foot-tall, 28-foot-wide electronic ticker display on the building’s exterior.
