Nonprofit’s 95K-SF Lease Brings Marlborough Offices to Full Occupancy

Related Beal has completed a 95,182-square-foot lease with Advocates, a nonprofit human services organization, at 251 Locke Dr. in Marlborough, MA. Related Beal has served as the property and leasing manager of 251 Locke since it was acquired by a private ownership group in 2016.

With this transaction, the 160,649-square-foot office and flex building is now 100% leased. The new lease coincides with recent lease extensions and modifications by existing tenants Candela Medical Corporation and GE HealthCare Technologies Inc,

Alison Powers and Robert Walles of JLL represented the ownership group. Jon Pezzoni of Avison Young represented Advocates. Kevin Brawley of Colliers represented Candela in its relocation and extension and Nathan Lamb and Danielle Frisch of CBRE represented GE HealthCare in its lease modification.
