Related Ross Helming Wellington Mixed-Use Venture
Related Ross announced Village Landing, a 71-acre mixed-use development in Wellington. It will bring together retail, dining, office, hospitality, and residential offerings.
The project will deliver approximately 220,000 square feet of retail, more than 100,000 square feet of restaurant space, a 180-room hotel, 90,000 square feet of office space, and community outdoor space.
At the heart of the neighborhood lies a series of six interconnected plazas and green spaces, anchored by a main street, a village square and a lakefront boardwalk. Pedestrian pathways, open green space, and gathering areas are woven throughout.
The project will bring together a mix of over 80 shops alongside a diverse dining scene. Village Landing will also be home to community events, from farmers markets, holiday festivals, fun runs, pop-ups, and local celebrations, while also serving as an easy, everyday place for families to picnic, kids to play, and neighbors to connect. The formal groundbreaking will be this fall.
