CBRE Welcomes Multifamily Specialist Jeremy Bernstein in Pittsburgh

CBRE announced that Jeremy Bernstein has joined the firm’s Pittsburgh office as a vice president.

He will work with CBRE’s Greater Pennsylvania Multifamily team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the greater Pittsburgh region while supporting the team’s broader Pennsylvania platform.

Bernstein began his commercial real estate career at CBRE, where he served as a field research analyst, supporting investment sales and market analytics. He rejoins the firm from JLL, where he most recently served as an associate and was responsible for advising clients on multifamily and mixed-use transactions in the Pittsburgh market.

The team now includes 10 investment sales professionals across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware and New Jersey. In 2025, they completed over $1.4 billion in multifamily sales, totaling over 7,000 units across more than 40 transactions.
