Durst Markets 600K-SF Block of Midtown Space for Lease
The Durst Organization on Monday introduced the availability of up to 600,000 square feet at 114 W. 47th St., reportedly the largest available block of Class A space in Midtown. Built by The Durst Organization, the 26-story tower off Sixth Avenue offers the rare opportunity for a single tenant to occupy the entire building.
Durst is collaborating with global architectural designers HOK on an entirely reimagined lobby and amenity space. A new prominent canopy will elevate the building’s presence and offer naming rights for a large block user.
“114 W, 47th St. presents a rare moment for visionary companies to position themselves in prime Midtown with a renovated, world-class work environment,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.
Leasing at 114 W. 47th is led by Durst’s Tom Bow, Eric Engelhardt, Rocco Romeo and Nora Caliban with CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe, Evan Haskell, Charles P. Laginestra, Caroline Merck and Natalie Chung.
