Wealth Management Firm Baird Relocating Seattle Office
Financial services firm Robert W. Baird & Co. is moving its Seattle office to Two Union Square.
The company will vacate its long-held 24,515-square-foot space in the Fourth & Madison tower and relocate to the 47th floor of the 56-story tower at 601 Union Street. On the firm’s website, Baird cited increased privacy and a more comfortable environment as factors for moving its office.
The new space is designed with private meeting spaces, enhanced technology and a setting built for collaboration. Baird contracted Seattle-based SkB Architects to design the office space, and Turner Construction to deliver the updates, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. JLL’s Doug Hannafen brokered Baird’s office move.
Two Union Square features a newly renovated lobby and tenant lounge areas, and the property offers access to I-5, I-90 and major transportation for employees. Baird has more than 100 offices in the United States and Europe, and the firm serves as a financial partner to individuals, corporations and institutions around the world.
