• Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. announced that Joel S. Marcus, executive chairman and founder, received the Richard J. Bolte Sr. Award during a gala and ceremony hosted by the Science History Institute Museum & Library in Old City, Philadelphia. The Richard J. Bolte Sr. Award honors exemplary leaders who provide unique and consequential products or services vital to the continuing growth and development of the chemical and molecular life science communities. 

• RSG 3-D, a next-generation building system for multi-disaster resilience and life-cycle sustainability, has formed its board of advisors. The company has appointed two inaugural members: Ken Hubbard, a real estate executive with more than 50 years of experience at Hines; and Dustin Bramell, an entrepreneur and co-founder of Case Study: Adapt, a nonprofit advancing resilient building practices for the climate era. 

• ICO Development, a 35+ year privately held CRE investment/operating firm with ~$500MM AUM, is seeking an SVP, Accounting & Finance in Los Angeles, CA.  This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive business planning, oversee financial performance, and support growth through strategic financing, reporting, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of financial management experience, with recent experience in real estate along with 5+ years leading an accounting or finance team. Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search. • Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has placed #109 on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 500 Design Firms list, rising from #113 last year. As its 13th year placing on the ENR list, this advancement reflects the continued expansion of the company’s design capabilities across the built environment and ground-up construction market, despite market volatility in recent years. Partner also climbed to #93 on ENR’s exclusive Top 100 Pure Designers list, improving three spots from its debut appearance last year at #96. Rankings are based on reported 2025 revenue. 

• Tenant Inc. and SafeLease, a leading provider of tenant protection and insurance for the self-storage industry, announced the integration of their technology platforms. The companies said the integration makes SafeLease’s automated tenant coverage solutions directly available within Tenant Inc.’s Hummingbird Property Management Software, giving operators a turnkey path to higher compliance and additional recurring NOI. 

• MN8 Energy LLC has a new tolling agreement with San Jose Clean Energy (“SJCE”) to design, build, own, and operate 40 direct-current fast-charging (DCFC) ports across five city-owned sites. Under the agreement, MN8 is responsible for funding project costs and supporting operational performance, while SJCE retains control over branding and retail pricing. Revenue is collected and reconciled against a fixed fee structure, creating a predictable framework for both parties, according to MN8.
