Lee & Associates Announces First Lease at Florence Food Center

Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania announced the first lease at the Florence Food Center, a specialized refrigerated and food-processing facility near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Seashore Fruit & Produce Co. has signed a lease for 41,846 square feet at the property, marking an early milestone for the 152,000-square-foot facility. Lee & Associates represents the landlord, Foxdale Properties, LLC, in the leasing of the Florence Food Center.

The landlord was represented by Tony Rod, SIOR, Principal; Sean Campbell, Associate; and Andrew Landolfi, Vice President, of Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. Stephen Perna of Perna Frederick Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

Nearly 47% of the Greater Philadelphia region’s cold buildings are located within a one-hour drive of PhilaPort, supporting roughly 228,000 jobs across food manufacturing, grocery wholesaling, cold warehousing, and life sciences.

Located less than one mile from U.S. Route 130 and within minutes of both the New Jersey Turnpike and I-295, the Florence Food Center offers access throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area, New Jersey, New York and Baltimore.
