- Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, alongside hospitality leader Hilton, today celebrated the topping-off of Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, marking the completion of vertical construction for the brand’s first-ever standalone residential endeavor. Located on two acres of oceanfront along the Pompano Beach coastline, the 28-story condominium tower is more than 85% pre-sold, with completion slated for summer 2027.
- Catamount Constructors, Inc. promoted Jay Garrell to Project Executive. Garrell brings 15 years of construction experience across healthcare, Class A office buildings, and large-scale industrial projects. In addition, he has been a key contributor to Catamount’s work with major industrial clients.
- The real estate development firm of WeWork acquired 50% ownership of an apartment complex in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The S. Florida Business Journal reports Miami-Flow bought out PMG’s stake in Society Wynwood, at 176 N.W. 25th St. That makes for a 50-50 partnership between Flow and Greybrook, which delivered the project with PMG in 2024.
- SRS Real Estate Partners added veteran retail advisors Willow Ferrelli and Sandi Bargfrede, who join the firm as Senior Vice Presidents. Ferrelli and Bargfrede join SRS from ACRE Commercial, where both served in leadership roles and were instrumental in driving retail and mixed-use leasing strategy throughout Florida. They bring more than three decades of experience each and a strong track record of executing high-value transactions and shaping successful retail environments in high-growth markets.
