Job Search Platform Bandana Relocates to Two Trees’ The Refinery in Williamsburg

Bandana, a rapidly growing job search platform geared to hourly and entry-level workers, has signed a 10,380-square-foot lease for a partial 14th floor at Two Trees Management’s The Refinery, an office property located within the Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The lease brings The Refinery to 90% leased.

“As we continue to scale and expand economic opportunity for hourly and entry-level workers nationwide, it’s fitting to bring Bandana to The Refinery,” said co-founder & CEO Tim Makalinao. “The reimagination of this iconic building reflects our commitment to providing new pathways for upward mobility to everyday Americans.”

Bandana will nearly double its footprint when it relocates from 105 N. 13th St. JLL managing directors Valentin Stobetsky and Whitten Morris arranged the lease on behalf of Bandana. Alyssa Zahler and Elizabeth Bueno represented Two Trees in-house. Separately, Two Trees announced that Skylight, an operator of event spaces, expanded by 11,000 square feet, also on The Refinery’s 14th floor.
