MRP Realty’s Zach Wade Named President, Chief Operating Officer
MRP Realty, a developer of commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use real estate in the Washington DC metropolitan area and in the southeast, announced the promotion of Zach Wade to president and chief operating officer of the firm. Zach was most recently a principal with MRP.
“Zach has been instrumental to MRP’s success since he joined in the first year it was founded,” said MRP Realty Managing Principal Bob Murphy. “The dual roles better reflect his passion for the firm’s growth through strategic capital formation, acquisitions, and tech platforms – as well as his current and future plans for next-generation opportunities.”
With nearly three decades of commercial real estate experience across acquisitions, capital raising, and platform development, Zach has helped build the firm into one of the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast’s preeminent owner-investor developers, with more than $8 billion in completed transactions across all major property types. Prior to MRP, Zach was Director of Acquisitions for the Mid-Atlantic region of NPV/Direct Invest, an operating partner of Lehman Brothers.
