Longtime Pharma Tenant Renews Norwood Lease

Colliers facilitated the 36,471-square-foot lease renewal of Corbus Pharmaceuticals at 500 River Ridge Dr. in Norwood, MA, within the River Ridge Office Park. Vice chair Curtis Cole, along with VP Sean Hannigan and SVP Tim Allen of Colliers, represented Corbus. JLL, led by Nat Kessler, represented the landlord, River Ridge Limited Partnership.

A River Ridge tenant for more than a decade, Corbus is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on advancing innovative treatments for cancer and obesity. The renewal reflects the company’s continued commitment to the Greater Boston market and its focus on sustaining the operational infrastructure needed to support its research programs and pipeline.

“Representing Corbus Pharmaceuticals in this renewal was about making sure the terms and the location worked for their business, today and into the future,” said Hannigan. “500 River Ridge continues to serve as a strong base  for their team as they advance their research and operations.”
