Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates 41K-SF Industrial Lease in Elgin

Lee & Associates has negotiated a new lease on a 40,873-square-foot unit at 300 Airport Road in Fox River Business Center, Elgin, Illinois. 

Lee & Associates of Illinois Principals Kenneth Franzese, SIOR, John Cassidy, SIOR, and Jeff Janda, SIOR represented the landlord, High Street Logistics Properties. The tenant, Accredo Health Group, a specialty pharmaceutical service provider, was represented by Bob Tardy and Doug Pilcher of Cushman & Wakefield.

Fox River Business Center is a 176,799-square-foot, high-image industrial facility constructed in 2008. The property features direct I-90 tollway visibility, and current availability totals 29,806 square feet. The site also offers immediate access to Route 31 for superior regional connectivity. Fox River Business Center is surrounded by restaurant, hotel, and retail options.
