Developer Plans 94-Home Subdivision in Lake Stevens

Developer Land Pro Group has plans to build a 94-home single-family subdivision on a 12.4-acre site in Lake Stevens, Washington.

The development, dubbed the White Property project, will be located on the 1300–1400 blocks of 99th Avenue Southeast, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. Proposed lot sizes in the subdivision will range from 3,600 to 5,300 square feet. The property currently comprises six separate parcels, and six single-family residences on the intended development site will be demolished.

Land Pro Group will serve as the project manager, while civil engineering is being overseen by Redmond-based Solid Ground Engineering. The developer is currently working through the city’s approval process. The project will also incude the construction of new public roads within the development to provide access to the residential lots.
