M2G Completes Inwood Village Retail, Industrial Venture

M2G Ventures completed Inwood Design District (IDD) and Ace on Inwood (Ace) in Dallas. Representing the firm’s largest investment project to date, the 14-building campus has undergone an intentional revitalization.

The reimagined 740,000-square-foot development blends industrial, showroom, and retail uses into a single environment designed to support both logistics and retail.

Inwood Design District comprises 630,000 square feet of infill showroom and light industrial space with 24-foot clear heights, catering to design and trade industry users as well as last-mile logistics. Positioned at the Irving Boulevard interchange with immediate access to I-35 and Pegasus Park, the project offers suite configurations from 2,500 to 40,000 square feet.

Ace on Inwood is a 109,233-square-foot retail district designed as a highly visible, walkable environment along Inwood Road. Totaling four buildings with suite availability ranging from 1,900 to 6,000 square feet, Ace is positioned for destination-driven retail, wellness concepts, and boutique brands, with a focus on home furnishing and design-aligned uses.
