Albion Residential Completes Construction on Luxury Apartments in Pittsburgh
Albion Residential has completed construction and fully opened Albion Lawrenceville, a community featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Pittsburgh’s Upper Lawrenceville neighborhood.
The property, which delivers 267 units and 5,700 square feet of retail within a six-story frame building that includes the restoration of a former firehouse. Albion Lawrenceville was designed by Harthorne and Plunkard and financed by First National Bank, along with First Commonwealth Bank. The apartment development features a fitness center, a yoga studio, a dog park, and private workspaces.
The property offers units that range from 475-square-foot studios to 1,300-square-foot two-bedroom homes. “Albion Residential is proud to deliver a beautiful apartment community that adds to the vibrancy of Pittsburgh into Upper Lawrenceville,” said Andrew Yule, Executive Vice President of Development at Albion Residential. “Quickly, Albion Lawrenceville’s proximity to the riverfront and employment centers, its design and finishes and surplus of amenities has resonated with renters, having already reached nearly 50% lease up.”
