Construction Set for Downsized Dallas Tower

Developers of Clover Tower first proposed a 30-story apartment complex in the Turtle Creek area, but have since pared it back by half. The Dallas Business Journal reports Validus Development is expected to begin construction this fall on a 15-story project containing 54 units.

The building cost is set at about $40 million. Clover Tower will have two floors of amenities, including a gym, pool deck and two floors of underground parking.

Construction is slated to begin in October or November. The estimated completion date is January 2029.

The Hood Street site is just north of the new Hanover Turtle Creek apartment tower and Vivante Turtle Creek.
