Goodman Launches Leasing at 1.6M-SF Inland Empire West Logistics Campus

Goodman said Monday it is now leasing Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga, reportedly the largest contiguous logistics campus currently available in the Inland Empire West. Totaling 1.6 million square feet, the two-building campus will be move-in ready in the third quarter of 2026.

“The e-commerce market continues to grow at a double-digit pace in the United States, leading to increased demand for faster last-mile deliveries to consumers,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. “As a trusted real estate partner to e-commerce companies and retail brands, we deliver strategically positioned sites that strengthen delivery and fulfillment performance, helping our customers stay competitive. This location stands out, providing direct access to more than 18 million people across the Greater Los Angeles area.”

Goodman Logistics Center Rancho Cucamonga is located at 8688 Etiwanda Ave. and 12521 Arrow Rte. in Rancho Cucamonga. The property is being co-listed by the dual leasing team of KBC Advisors and Colliers.
