Frisco’s $1.5B Firefly Park Taking Shape

Firefly Park is making headway in north Frisco. Community Impact reports that development is progressing vertically on several aspects of the project, including Aurora, a high-rise multifamily housing development. Wilks Development is behind the project.

Firefly is located between US 380 and PGA Parkway along the Dallas North Tollway. The development is expected to be completed in three phases, with Phase 1 bringing with it:

  • 120,000 square feet of retail
  • 170,000 square feet class A office space
  • 233 high-rise units
  • 187 mid-rise units
  • 230 for-sale luxury townhomes
  • 177-room hotel

The majority of Phase 1 will be completed in late 2027.

The retail component will be completed in late 2027. Construction on the hotel and townhomes will begin in August and be completed in early 2028. Later this year, dirt will also move on the office space, which will be constructed in about 14 months
