Signorelli Breaks Ground on New Caney Planned Community

The Signorelli Company has broken ground on the Azalea District at Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community in New Caney. Spanning 328 acres along the high-growth U.S. 59 and I-69 corridor, the Azalea District will blend residential living with healthcare, wellness, retail, dining and hospitality.

125 acres are reserved for Azalea’s commercial development, with healthcare services as the focus. The district’s prime location provides access for the rapidly growing population in Montgomery County, projected to reach nearly 600,000 residents within 12 miles of Valley Ranch by 2030.

Valley Ranch Town Center, the community’s 1.5-million-square-foot retail and entertainment core, has become Houston’s second-most-visited outdoor shopping destination, drawing nearly 12 million visitors annually. Adjacent is The Marketplace district, which is advancing with The Village Green, a 20-acre lifestyle hub now in lease-up.
