Creation, Crow Wrap Up Haltom City Warehouse Project

Creation and Crow Holdings Capital completed Triad 820, a three-building, 137,000-square-foot Class-A industrial development located on nine acres along Anderson Boulevard in Haltom City.

Designed and constructed by LGE Design Build, Triad 820 delivers a shallow-depth, small-bay industrial product that meets the needs of a diverse tenant base, typically preferring a freestanding building layout, including local mom-and-pop businesses and institutional clients, with the added flexibility of leasing or purchasing space. The three buildings of Triad 820 consist of Building A, totaling 39,264 square feet, Building B, totaling 52,344 square feet and Building C, totaling 45,507 square feet.

“The goal was to deliver smaller-footprint industrial space without compromising quality or performance,” said LGE’s Ray Catlin

Leasing is being led by Todd Hubbard and Joe McLiney with NAI Robert Lynn. Triad 820 represents Creation’s seventh Texas project to date, with $400 million Texas projects in the pipeline.
