Browns Summit HVAC Company Pays $56.7M for Manufacturing Plant
Environmental Air Systems (EAS) purchased its manufacturing facility in Browns Summit for $56.74 million.
The Triad Business Journal reports EAS purchased the 53-acre property at 5955 Summit Ave. from affiliates of the Silverman Group and Kushner Real Estate Group. The Silverman Group built the 500,160-square-foot building. The Silverman Group sold 20% of the interest in the property at 5955 Summit Ave. to Kushner’s group for $8.4 million in 2023.
Environmental Air Systems provides equipment and systems for mechanical and electrical construction, plumbing, building services, building automation and control and HVAC service.
The building includes 5,000 square feet of office space, 40-foot ceilings, 93 dock high doors, 4 drive-in doors, 52-foot column spacing, and parking for 415 automobiles and 117 trailers.
