Data Center Solutions Provider Buys Nearly 100K-SF Phoenix Office Building

Transdien Engineering acquired a 97,372-square-foot office park off the Loop 101 and 7th Street for $19.4 million. Located at 19825 N. 7th Street, the property sits on 17.51 acres and was built in 2004.

Transdien bought the building from a joint venture comprising Jim Babe Earnhardt of the Earnhardt Auto Centers dealership group and SCBC Investments. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the sellers paid $14.5 million for the property less than six months ago.

At one time, the office park operated as a credit union call center.

On its website, TransDien says it is committed to providing comprehensive data center solutions, from initial planning and design to construction and ongoing maintenance.  The company says its expertise covers critical infrastructure, power systems, cooling solutions, network architecture, and security implementations. With successful projects across China, Vietnam, Mexico and the United States.
