Jamestown Signs Bland, Paraform on San Francisco’s Northern Waterfront

Bland and Paraform have signed leases at Jamestown’s properties on San Francisco’s Northern Waterfront, leading a wave of AI and technology leasing collectively totaling 69,000 square feet. The deals push Jamestown’s total AI and technology office leasing at Waterfront Plaza and Levi’s Plaza past 134,000 square feet over the past year.

“What we’ve built in the Northern Waterfront is a destination that innovative companies recognize as something genuinely different — a campus environment with the green space, the waterfront access and the kind of amenities that help companies attract talent, keep their teams happy, and do their best work,” said Alex Schwiebert, SVP, West Coast regional market leader at Jamestown.

Schwiebert continued, “More than 134,000 square feet of AI and technology leasing in a year tells you that word is getting out. These are companies that share a common sensibility about what a great work environment looks like, and they’re choosing to build here.”
