Cheesesteak & Co. Opening First Baltimore County Location at Red Run Station

Cheesesteak & Co. has selected Red Run Station in Owings Mills as the site for the carryout restaurant’s first Baltimore County location.

The new store will join the culinary concept’s inaugural location in Howard County, which opened in 2024. Cheesesteak & Co.’s founder and owner, Phil Gharfeh, signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 1,700 square feet of space within the 10,500 square foot retail center located at 11054 Red Run Boulevard, with intentions to become operational this summer.

Danielle Bridge of Hill Management Services and Mason Bernstein of KLNB represented the landlord. Positioned at the intersection of Red Run Boulevard and Dolfield Boulevard, the current Red Run Station tenants include Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Looks Nail Spa, Baltimore Smiles, and Dunkin’. Located directly behind the shopping center is the 847-unit YourSpace Storage, which is an affiliate of Hill Management Services, offering increased customer traffic to the retailers on-site.
