Entre Commercial Realty Completes Sale of Schaumburg IOS Asset

Entre Commercial Realty announced it recently completed the sale of 731 Morse Avenue in Schaumburg, Illinois. Sam Deihs and John Joyce of Entre were engaged by the owner to market the property for both sale and lease.

The freestanding 7,000-square-foot building features 18’ clear ceiling heights, three drive-in doors, overhead cranes, and a large yard area. Sam Deihs and John Joyce of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, and the buyer was not represented by a broker in the transaction. Built in 1975, the single-story industrial property offers convenient access to I-390.

Through an aggressive marketing approach, Entre secured multiple offers for both sale and lease and sold the property to a user who will occupy the facility as an additional location for their business. This marks the third transaction the Entre team has completed on Morse Avenue in the past seven months.
