Frank Hornung Hired to Expand Lument’s PNW Multifamily Lending

Lument has hired Frank Hornung as a senior director responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, bridge, and commercial CMBS loans for multifamily clients in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. He is based in Lument’s Seattle office.

Hornung, who has originated more than $3 billion in loans throughout his 25-year career, has commercial real estate experience as both a lender and an operator. As founder of IPM Investments, he acquired and repositioned value-add multifamily properties across the Pacific Northwest and Sunbelt markets.

“The Pacific Northwest is an increasingly active market, and we look forward to seeing Frank accelerate our momentum in that region as he uses his firsthand understanding of sponsor needs and his strategic financing expertise to deliver tremendous value and results for our clients,” said Ian Monk, head of conventional production at Lument.

Lument offers flexible capital solutions and a fully integrated investment sales platform to help multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing, and other CRE owners buy, sell, refinance, and strategize for long-term success.
