Core Industrial Realty Closes Multiple Chicagoland Transactions

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Core Industrial Realty has recently completed several transactions.

Core Industrial Partners Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci represented the purchaser, TradeLane Properties, in their acquisition of a fully leased single-tenant building in Lockport, Illinois.

Additionally, Frank Damato IV, Partner, represented UE Line, Inc. in its acquisition of 27 acres of land in Hampshire, Illinois, and Matthew Lee represented the purchaser, Summit Parking Management, in its acquisition of a 17,000-square-foot industrial service facility located at 433 S. Vermont Street in Palatine, Illinois.

The firm also completed several recent lease deals, with Matthew Lee and Noel S. Liston representing the tenant, Formic Technologies, in its long-term lease of 48,000 square feet at 309 E. Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Noel Liston and Nick Krejci also represented Perla Foods USA in a lease extension of 51,000 square feet at 1456 Brewster Creek Blvd in Bartlett, Illinois.
