Hopewell Offloads Building I of Irving Warehouse Project

Colliers announced the successful sale of a 69,363-square-foot industrial facility at TriStar Business Park, located at 7815 Jetstar Drive in Irving. The sale just included one of two buildings at the site. Building Two offers 104,520 square feet and is divisible into multiple occupants. The project was expected to cost nearly $16 million. Newmark secured the joint venture equity placement for the development.

Colliers brokers Chris Teesdale and Pride Snow represented the buyer, GEO Plastics. Greg Cannon of Colliers represented the seller, Hopewell Development, a nationwide developer with five projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Situated at the corner of Highway 114 and Jetstar Drive, the project is close to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the Dallas Central Business District. Neighboring warehouse tenants include Honda, Subaru, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Canon and Boeing, among many others.
