Basis Industrial and One Investment Management purchased two Orlando industrial properties as part of a shallow bay industrial portfolio. Three other properties in the portfolio are in the Atlanta. The price was $144.6 million.
Commecial Search reports Albany Road Real Estate Partners sold the assets and BMO Bank issued a $105.5 million acquisition loan for the five properties. Albany Road acquired the five properties in three transactions between 2021 and 2022, totaling $116.3 million.
The Orlando portfolio includes:
- Lake Point Business Park, a 134,389-square-foot campus. The property previously changed hands in 2022, when TerraCap sold it for $24 million. (in photo)
- Challenger South I and II, a two-building property totaling 146,538 square feet. The asset previously traded for $27.5 million in 2022.
