Colliers Lists Largely Vacant Bridgewater Offices for Sale

Colliers has the listing for CenterPointe III, a Class A, three-story office building located at 1150 Rte. 22 E. in Bridgewater, NJ. The property is available for sale through Ten-X from April 20 to April 22. The sale is managed by Colliers vice chair Jacklene Chesler, SVP Patrick Norris, and transaction manager Brittany Leventoff.

The 83,447-square-foot CenterPointe III is currently 30% occupied, with occupancy decreasing to 14% by August 1., The property offers a compelling value-add opportunity or an ideal 71,000-square-foot space for an owner/user seeking a modern corporate headquarters, according to Colliers. Current zoning allows for a variety of uses.

“Opportunities for companies to own a well-located, Class A building of this size are increasingly limited in today’s market,” said Chesler. “CenterPointe III offers owner- users the ability to control their space while benefiting from strong regional connectivity and long-term value in a highly desirable business corridor.”
