Work Begins on 1.4M-SF Orlando-Area Warehouse Project
FRP Development Corp., in partnership with Strategic Real Estate Partners, has broken ground on Phase I of Camp Lake Commerce Center, a new industrial development located in Minneola in Lake County, Florida. Phase I includes two industrial buildings totaling 377,892 square feet.
Camp Lake Commerce Center is planned as a three-phase industrial park totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet across 163 acres.
CBRE’s David Murphy, Monica Wonus, and Gaby Gissy are leading leasing efforts for the project, which is designed to accommodate tenants requiring between 20,000 and 335,000 square feet.
FRP’s active Class A logistics and warehouse developments include Logistics Center at Delray, a 200,000-square-foot, Class A logistics development nearing completion in Delray Beach, FL; Logistics Center at 595, comprising 182,773 square feet of modern distribution space across two buildings in Davie, FL; and Logistics Center at Lakeland, a 201,420-square-foot Class A logistics facility currently under development in Lakeland, Florida.
