JLL Markets 125K-SF Grocery-Anchored Retail Center in Auburn

Lakeland Town Center, a fully leased shopping center in Auburn, has hit the market.

The four-year-old shopping center, which primarily serves the Lakeland Hills and Lake Tapps neighborhoods, is being marketed by JLL on behalf of owner EDENS, a Washington, D.C.-based owner, operator and developer of open-air retail and mixed-use shopping centers across the United States.

The 12.48-acre property, at 1402 Lake Tapps Parkway S.E., was both built and renovated in 2022. Positioned within a market near Lake Tapps and overlooking the Auburn and Puyallup valleys, the center benefits from steady local demand and strong regional appeal.

Lakeland spans 125,233 square feet and is anchored by a Haggen Northwest grocery store and features retailers, restaurants, and service businesses, including a McDonald’s, an Orangetheory Fitness, a Subway store, and a Mexican restaurant, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.
