Another Rental Community Slated for The Farm in Allen

Wood Partners is building Alta Reserve, a new multifamily community, in Allen. The company is building within The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development located along SH 121.

Alta Preserve is part of the third phase of Wood Partners’ multifamily construction at The Farm. The firm also developed Alta at The Farm, which debuted in 2023, and completed Alta Magnolia last year.

Alta Preserve will feature amenities such as an indoor and outdoor skydeck, a resort-style pool, a golf simulator, a dry sauna, a dog park and dog wash station, a club and fitness studio, and individual micro-office and fitness locations on each floor. It will deliver in Q2 2027.

When The Farm is fully built out, it will include restaurants, office space, residential units, a hotel and a 2.5-acre lake with trail access.

When completed, the project will include a total of 2,400 urban residential units and over 1 million square feet of office space
